Wanna blog this some time ago when i went to Bayshore Scentary SPA for a massage, i never massage before in my life , so this is a first time i shall try it out. The pain is killing me for the past few weeks.Taken alot of pain killers but still no use. Really ..really my head and neck going to crack & break soon.. Arghhhhh!!!!
Lower back massage for that day,took out my top before applying The Essential Oil on me, (A bit *shy*) Some patients are uncomfortable taking off their clothes in front of a massage therapist, just like me..
Massage therapists use their hands, elbows or feet to knead and manipulate soft body tissue,improve muscle and skin tone ,aid circulation ,rid the body of toxins.I think Trigger Point Therapy also use on me.The pain can let you drop a tears out for a while (Scary ??).. But i can say for now, i have RECOVERED..Thanks to MIMI ( Massage THE R-A-P-I-S-T) hahah : P
